Elias is a management consultant with over a decade experience supporting businesses, international organizations, national and regional governments to create value and transform lives. In the past years, Elias has worked with major international donor organizations to develop the agriculture sector especially in strengthening seed systems, expanding the agro commodity ecosystem and providing business advisory support to key private sector players in the space. More recently, he worked with regional, national and sub-national governments to design and develop strategies and programs to drive catalytic growth in agricultural trade andvalue chains. Elias has also supported businesses to raise funds locally and internationally.

Dr. Damilola Esewe is a fully qualified medical doctor. She obtained her MBBS degree from the prestigious University of Ibadan and went on to become a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in the United Kingdom. She is passionate about holistic health; that is, providing healthcare that considers the entire individual, including their emotional, social, and psychological well-being in addition to their physical wellbeing.

Ms. Eno is a highly skilled sales expert, and an experienced healthcare service navigator with over five (5) years of experience in the medical industry. She is highly skilled in building relationships with clients and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs. In recent times, she has been able to grow the client strength of medical facilities by 70% and moved up her career ladder in such a short time. She is adroit in; Business Development, Digital Marketing, Sales analysis and projection, ⁠Medical services and equipment sales feasibility study, ⁠Contract tendering and negotiation, Medical sales collation and reporting, Product Development, Budget Forecasting and Monitoring, and Project Management.

She is a graduate of Mass Communication from Federal Polytechnic Offa, and a dedicated leader with a background in healthcare and retail management, bringing strong operational, team leadership, and customer service skills to hospital administration. With over six (6) years of experience in the medical industry; Diadem Pharmacy, Supervisor (2019-2023) & Mount Olive Nig Limited, Cashier Officer (2018-2019), she has been able to prove her ability to manage daily operations, supervised staff activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize workflow efficiency. She has also demonstrated her skills in processing transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Mr Lukman is responsible for overseeing all aspects of client interaction and billing operations. His expertise lies in building and motivating high-performing teams, streamlining billing processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy, and resolving client inquiries promptly and effectively. He is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the organization. He is a highly motivated and experienced leader in client care and billing, he excels at building strong, collaborative teams that consistently exceed expectations. His focus is on fostering a positive work environment, developing team members' skills, and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency. He is adept at problem-solving, conflict resolution, and driving continuous improvement within the billing and client service functions.
